The US Student Fulbright Program in Europe & Eurasia

Nearly half of all applicants for the US Student Fulbright program choose countries within Western Europe to base their Fulbright project proposals. In Eastern Europe, there is an interesting phenomenon that results in notable increases or decreases in the number of applications received to some countries from one year to the next.
